HELP <command>

Help

Without a command, you will receive a list of all commands available. If you key in a specific command, you will get help for that specific command

HELP AL

AL [first name] [last name] [mobile nbr] [email ID] [account name]

Add Lead

Will add a lead with the data that you have keyed in. If the account name already exists, then the lead is added to that account, else a new account is created

View Account Info

Gives you detailed Account information including Account Name, Address, City, Pin, Phone and Account Type

Gives you list of the ten most recent orders for the account

Add Order

This command adds an Order Header and an Order Detail with the details entered. You get an SMS back with the new Order Number. If you send the SMS with an order number, then a new line gets added to that order

AA [date] [time] [details]

Add Activity

Date should be in the dd-mmm format. The year is assumed to be the current year. Time should be in the hh-mm format. All details after the time, become part of the activity notes. Subject and Notes are separated by using ellipsis(....)

LT <search string> <page no>

List Activities

This command gives you a list of activities that match the search string. If you do not specify a search string, you will get a list of 10 activities for the current date. The command returns the first few characters of the subject, start date time and activity ID

View Activity

This command will give you the details of the activity that you wish to see. You will get the first few characters of the subject, start date and time, end date and time, location and account/contact

This command gives you the Primary Contact for the Account. You will get the Contact ID, Name of Contact and Primary Account (if any)
