Our CRM Education Series consists of the following courses:

    • CRM Fundamentals. This course is a basic Foundation Course that takes you through the fundamentals of Customer Relationship Management. This course sets the stage for how dealing with customers and generating more business from them is fundamental to business regardless of which department you work in an organization. This course takes a total of 14 hours of classroom training including theory and practice. This course is a pre-requisite for the CRM Case Studies and Internet Marketing courses.
    • CRM Case Studies. This course is an industry Case Study format using live examples from leading Indian companies and how they use CRM in their marketing, sales and operations. A though-provoking interactive session that will help you generate new marketing, sales and operational excellence ideas to further your career. The CRM Fundamentals course is a pre-requisite for this course. This course takes 4 hours to cover.
    • Internet Marketing. For the first time in India, you have access to a Workshop that gives you information and inputs on Internet Marketing, including Search Engine Optimization, Google and Yahoo campaigns, integrated SMS short-code, e-mail and online marketing. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from industry experts. The CRM Fundamentals course is a pre-requisite for this course. This course takes 4 hours to cover.
    • Real-life CRM. This is an integrated course that covers CRM Fundamentals, Case Studies and Internet Marketing. In addition, this course also covers Advanced CRM Concepts. This is a complete soup-to-nuts CRM training program and includes 24 hours of classroom training.
