1. All data maintained in the system is the exclusive property of the customer.
2. Pricing is on a Named User basis.
3. Team Edition available only on Annual Subscription basis.
4. Subscription Charges are billed and collected quarterly/ annually in advance.
5. Usage above allotted disk quota will be charged at Rs 100/GB per month.
6. Usage above allotted bandwidth will be charged at Rs 100/GB per month.
7. Disk quota usage limits are calculated for all users for the company, meaning that a company with 10 corporate users has a total of 500 MB of disk storage, regardless of how it is split amongst individual users.
8. Additional Charges are billed monthly, at the end of each month, payable on sight.
9. Taxes and Charges are extra.
10. User IDs in the system for ten days or more in a month will be charged at full price for the month. Otherwise, 50% of the monthly charge is applicable.
11. SMS and email charges are billed monthly, post-use. They are payable on-sight.
12. Travel, living and incidental costs for training and support will be billed at actuals.
13. Impel includes space and usage constraints based on subscription levels, as described on our website.
14. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
15. PK4 will undertake customization of Impel based on analysis and separate quotes periodically
16. Delayed payments attract penalties, as below:
a. A Reconnection fee of Rs 100 per user will be charged and the account will be renewed for 30 days
b. A Finance Charge of 5% per month will be charged from the due date till the outstanding balance is settled in full.
