    Before we get into the discussion of Lead Management, lets get our definition of "Lead" Clear.

    A lead is a raw and unqualified entity but a potential opportunity for your Business. A sales lead is the identity of a human or entity potentially interested in purchasing your product or service, and represents the first stage of Sales Cycle. Leads are generic leads – generated from either lead generation processes such as trade fair, trade shows, direct marketing, advertising, Internet marketing, Referrals etc.

  • If my users forget their password what is the way to recover it ?

    Login to admin user account and follow the steps below,

    1. Find the entity named "System".

    2. In system entity click on "user" function.

    3. It will route you to user management screen.

    4. There you can reset password by selecting "reset" option for the corresponding user and password reset mail will come followed by this operation.

    That's it all done.

  • Can we change the stages in the opportunity ?

    i) First navigate to opportunity entity, there you will find the list of opportunities.

    ii) Click the appropriate opportunity. It will redirect you to view page.

    iii) In the right side of the page, you will find "change" element expand it and look out for stage option.

    iv) Click on that to list the stages and go to the appropriate stage.

  • Can I share files?

    Yes, you can share files and folders within your Organization through Impel Library.
    Steps to share files -
    1. Click on the tab called 'Library'
    2. You can see all the files and folders of your Organization.
    3. If you want to upload new file - select the folder to which you want to upload file from left panel, then click on link 'Upload', it will ask for the file to be uploaded and other details like filename, description. Fill up all the details and click upload.
    4. Also you can create new folder, rename folder, rename file, delete file/s.

  • How to add Opportunity to the contact?

    There are two ways to add Opportunity to the Contact -
    1. From Contacts
    2. From Marketing Programe

    1. From Contacts
    Go to 'Contacts' tab, take the mouse over the contact to which you want to add Opportunity you will see contextual menu at the left side click on 'View' link, it will take you to 360 view page click on 'Opportunity' tab at the bottom and then click on 'Add' link at the right corner. Fill in the details and click 'Add' button.

    2. From Marketing Programe
    Go to 'Marketing' tab, take the mouse over the marketing program to which you want to add Opportunity you will see contextual menu at the left side click on 'Call!' link, it will take you to callcenter page also display contact information. Click on 'Add Opportunity' link at the top right, it will take you to 'Add Oppotunity' page. Fill in the details and click 'Add' button.
