Yes, you can share files and folders within your Organization through Impel Library.
Steps to share files -
1. Click on the tab called 'Library'
2. You can see all the files and folders of your Organization.
3. If you want to upload new file - select the folder to which you want to upload file from left panel, then click on link 'Upload', it will ask for the file to be uploaded and other details like filename, description. Fill up all the details and click upload.
4. Also you can create new folder, rename folder, rename file, delete file/s.
There are two ways to add Opportunity to the Contact -
1. From Contacts
2. From Marketing Programe
1. From Contacts
Go to 'Contacts' tab, take the mouse over the contact to which you want to add Opportunity you will see contextual menu at the left side click on 'View' link, it will take you to 360 view page click on 'Opportunity' tab at the bottom and then click on 'Add' link at the right corner. Fill in the details and click 'Add' button.
2. From Marketing Programe
Go to 'Marketing' tab, take the mouse over the marketing program to which you want to add Opportunity you will see contextual menu at the left side click on 'Call!' link, it will take you to callcenter page also display contact information. Click on 'Add Opportunity' link at the top right, it will take you to 'Add Oppotunity' page. Fill in the details and click 'Add' button.
