• Previous customer support experience is a plus.

What you will do:

• Respond to users' e-mail inquiries
• Respond to queries on our online forums, community
• Handle customer support phone calls
• When required, coordinate with the engineering team to get issues resolved.

We are now looking for a smart, hard-working Javascript / JSON / DOM programmers to design and implement user-experiences for Impel online and on tablets/handhelds.

• 3+ years of experience in working with web-related technologies, preferably PHP
• Passion for clean, usable pages and interfaces built on semantic, resusable code
• Strong hands-on coding experience in JavaScript/DOM and AJAX using JSON for data structures
• Clear understanding and use of HTML5 and CSS3
• Understanding of relational databases would be a plus
• Product-development team (not project-development team) for at least the last one year
• Full-time position to work out of our offices in Hebbal
