If my users forget their password what is the way to recover it ? Please elaborate.

Login to admin user account and follow the steps below,
1. Find the entity named "System".
2. In system entity click on "user" function.
3. It will route you to user management screen.
4. There you can reset password by selecting "reset" option for the corresponding user and password reset mail will come followed by this operation.
That's it all done.
