Our success with Impel lies in you being able to achieve the right results with Impel. Impel is built in such a simple, intuitive way, that most users become proficient with it right away. However, if you require training to access some of the more advanced features of Impel, we are pleased to provide you some options.

Scheduled web training

Every week, we offer a complimentary two hour Impel training program on the web. The training is scheduled on Wednesday between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. IST. You only need a phone and internet connection to be a part of this training. You can sign up for this training till 6:00 p.m. on the preceding Tuesday. To sign up for Scheduled web training, please click here and give us the required details. We will send you instructions on how to get access to the training. Scheduled web training is provided at no additional cost to you. Please note that only customers with active subscriptions can sign up for Scheduled Web Training.

Instructor-led training

If you would like your users to be trained at your location, we would be happy to conduct the training for you. Please send us an e-mail to training@impelcrm.in, with details of your location and we will get in touch with you to set up the training. Instructor-led training is a paid service. The Instructor-led Training session can last up to 4 hours and costs Rs 5,000 per session. Travelling costs, boarding and lodging (where necessary) will be charged at actuals.
